After the release of Edge of Tomorrow starring Tom Cruise and actress Emily Blunt, were you surprised, especially about the ending? Me too, along with the rest of the world.

With an awesome cast and a plot that puts Groundhog day to shame, Edge of Tomorrow will blow your pants off. It is a film based on the book All You Need is Kill, a novel by Hiroshi Sakurazaka. It had a budget of $178 million and earnings of $369 million in total gross. Despite this, many people wrongfully considered it to be a flop.

The synopsis of Edge of Tomorrow is that aliens are conquering the earth, and it is ultimately up to two soldiers to stop it. Caught in a time loop, they have individually lived out the same days over and over again, leading them to clues toward ending the war.

Edge of Tomorrow is sometimes referred to as Live Die Repeat, a phrase used in advertising and video packaging to help attract people to this underrated film. Critics in their reviews have agreed that this was one of the most overlooked movies of 2014.

Edge of Tomorrow may have been a great film, but there are still some unresolved plot holes that left many viewers scratching their heads. For example, it is never explained how the aliens were able to create such a powerful time loop device, nor is it clear why they would want to do so in the first place. Additionally, the ending of the film raises questions about the future of the world after the final battle, as well as the fate of the characters who made it out alive. Despite these shortcomings, however, Edge of Tomorrow is still considered by many to be a fantastic and engaging sci-fi adventure.

Since the release of Edge of Tomorrow, you should have learned long ago that you must watch this movie if you have not already. Take cool weapons, guns and costumes and add an incredible cast, and you have a hit on your hands. Despite occasional plot holes and questions, my analysis is that this movie is one worth having in your home library.
